We have had an amazing summer, two of our outdoor events were scorchers this year!
We had a wonderful time at Folk by the Oak in July and the New forest fairy Festival in August.
Now the mornings feel cooler, and the nights are beginning to draw in. I have just added a new collection with an autumnal feel to the website including this tree….
I’d like to thank everyone who visited us at events this summer, and I look forward to seeing a few more of you this Autumn.
I have two events in Glastonbury,
The Wytches Market at the Town hall on 24th September
And
The Fairy Fayre at the Town hall on 22nd and 23rd October.
My family and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Somerset. We had a week staying at the South Lodge of Montacute house. We have waited 2 years for this holiday! Originally booked in 2020, and cancelled twice. It was well worth the wait! It was such a treat to have access to the grounds of Montacute out of hours. We also visited Lytes Cary Manor and The Chalice Well gardens.
I am now back at my workbench when I can, it may be a little less regular than I’d like, as I now have to care for my 80 year old Father, after loosing my Mum to Cancer this April.
It has not been the best year, and we are taking small steps, my work has been my solace, and the support of a wonderful family.
I will be making new work soon for the Autumn events and I will update the website when I can.
