Belated equinox blessings In the afternoon of the Equinox we made our way to Exmoor to spend the weekend in Dulverton to celebrate the equinox and the re-launch of Wild Folk. January has been a very long and dark month this year, with so much rain. I have had a sad month, my long time studio companion Luna, the tiny black rabbit, hopped off to the next world, and she has been so missed. 💔 Luna ❤️ Imbolc is arriving with hope today, hope of lighter days, new beginnings and growth. Solstice Dawn in the orchard at Cotehele, Cornwall. I had great plans to post a Yule blog, but due to technical issues, I had to give up! So, here is a catch up on what I’ve been up to during the festive season. After a very busy few weeks, my family and I packed up and headed down to Cornwall on 19th December. We had 10 days staying in the Dairy Cottage at the National Trust property of Cotehele. The Dairy Cottage On Saturday 20th December Cotehele had their annual Wassail.

Just a quick blog to thank you all for taking a look at my Yule Advent this year. I have loved making the Wild Folk pendants. It was a joy to play with some beautiful stones, and pair them up with the wild folk creatures. As the year turns to the Celtic new year it is time to reflect and honour ancestors. This week I made my way to Kingley Vale, National Nature Reserve to honour my parents. It was a much needed visit, to pause, and to reflect in awe of the ancient yew trees. Natures cathedral. There are many beautiful oak trees amnigst the yews. An abundance of acorns under foot, and the hawthorn was full of berries. Earlier this month I made a visit to Bath to see the Lost Spells exhibition
